CHARISMATA COACHING for Abundant Life is a relationship-based process of self-discovery and change that focuses on spiritual growth and personal development from a Catholic perspective.

Spiritual Life Coaching is NOT psychotherapy or spiritual direction but it can produce beneficial healing effects and be theraputic in nature.  Coaching is action oriented and future focused to generate positive, faith-filled, Holy-Spirit driven solutions in your life.

~ An ally in the Holy Spirit-driven process of transformation that is on-going in your life.

~A spiritual encourager and exhorter as you grow in faith, hope and loving trust in your relationship with God.

~A truth teller and conduit of God's Word and wisdom in your life.

~A sacred listener and supportive companion

offering hope, affirmation, information and inspiration within the context of a life-giving coaching relationship.

Anyone who wants to grow in self-knowledge and relationship with the Divine Persons of the Holy Trinity while learning more about the Catholic faith in the process.

Engaging in the spiritual life coaching process is a rewarding way to discover your spiritual potential and purpose and deepen your relationship with yourself and your God.   

By phone or in person, each coaching session lasts 60 minutes with topics for discussion chosen mostly by the person being coached. Through conversation and sacred listening, the coach helps to develop action steps to reach goals and assign tasks as indicated. Intermittent email contacts can also be provided... especially for additional encouragement and to celebrate breakthroughs and successes.

An initial free 30 minute consultation is provided to see if coaching is what you are looking for. If it is, then an intial interview questionnaire and contract will be completed and sessions will begin!

Coaching contracts run on a month-to-month basis with 3 (or more) - 1 hour sessions per month at $45.00 per session.  Therefore, the monthly monetary commitment, at least for the first month is $135.

After the first month, clients have the option of converting to individual sessions at $50.00 per  1 hour session or continuing the monthly package at the discounted rate.  All payments must be received prior to service. 

Discounted rates are available for special circumstances, however, I have deliberately kept these rates very low in comparison to other life coaching services to maintain reasonable access for the majority of people.

Coaching clients also receive a free copy of my book.

I am a licensed master social worker (LMSW) with almost thirty years of experience working with people from all walks of life.  My particular experience and background prepares me to assist people with chronic mental illness, depression, PTSD, addictions, abuse issues, survivors of suicide, aging, infertility, grief-work and disabilities.

As a revert to the Catholic Church, I have studied the teachings and Catechism of the faith and have been a catechist and spiritual teacher. I am a spiritual directee and receive Spiritual Direction and on-going education from my own spiritual director.

As a Life Coach, I do not provide counseling or therapy but act as a mentor/coach as you seek to deepen your spiritual understanding and reach your full potential in the body of Christ. All spiritual coaching and information  is provided in accordance with and in obedience to the Sacred teachings and Traditions of the Roman Catholic Church.

Spiritual coaching DOES NOT REPLACE THE NEED FOR THERAPUTIC INTERVENTION!! If you have a significant, on-going emotional/mental health issue, consult your psychiartist, therapist, psychologist or priest before you pursue spiritual coaching through CHARISMATA.
