 Prayer for a Troubled Marriage

 Dear Jesus, Lover of My Soul, give me the grace to receive your love and let it be enough

Mother Mary, show me your way of dignity, honor and self-respect

Holy Trinity, help me to see my spouse the way that God sees him/her and give me a vision of compassion and a measure of peace in this troubled time.

Lord, help me to let go of all of the deep resentments, bitterness, hurt and disappointments that have driven a wedge in my marriage and hardened my heart.

Give me the courage to right what is wrong and face the truth of my own contribution to this present pain.

Lord, I need your grace, I need your help, and I need your mercy to enable me to completely trust and hope in you to restore my marriage

Most of all, sweet Jesus... let your love be enough right now to carry me as I cooperate with your grace to bring healing and holiness to my marriage.

Amen.

Tears of Blood and Water flow...
Father we pray Jesus we pray Holy Spirit we pray
for the souls of the abortionists, their helpers, those connected with the work and those being "treated" with abortions and contraception.
Oh my Jesus-- the babies come directly back to You as You take back the breath of the Innocents into Your loving arms
but those who slaughter them  will be lost souls-- abandoning You in Your agony 
Holy Spirit-- pierce the flesh of their hearts 
shred the veil of lies that keeps them in the darknes of their ways 
Disturb and confuse them, confound their efforts and lead them by Your mercy 
back to LIFE. 
Strip them of their defenses and remove the scales from their eyes so that they might see 
the evil of what they are doing, repent and return to You and Your ways of 
love, dignity and life. 
Sweet  Jesus, Lover and Author of Life, we beg this in Your Holy and Precious Name . Amen.

THIRD PERSON OF THE BLESSED TRINITY, SPIRIT OF TRUTH, LOVE AND HOLINESS~PROCEEDING FROM THE FATHER AND THE SON AND EQUAL TO THEM IN ALL THINGS, I ADORE YOU AND LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART.

DEAREST HOLY SPIRIT, CONFINDING IN YOUR DEEP PERSONAL LOVE FOR ME, I AM MAKING THIS NOVENA FOR THE FOLLOWING REQUEST, IF IT SHOULD BE YOUR WILL TO GRANT IT: (MENTION YOUR REQUEST).

TEACH ME, DIVINE SPIRIT, TO KNOW AND SEEK MY LAST END, GRANT ME A HOLY FEAR OF GOD, GRANT ME TRUE CONTRITION AND PATIENCE. DO NOT LET ME FALL INTO SIN. GIVE ME AN INCREASE IN FAITH, HOPE AND CHARITY AND BRING FORTH IN MY SOUL ALL THE VIRTUES PROPER TO MY STATE IN LIFE.

MAKE ME A FAITHFUL DISCIPLE OF JESUS AND AN AOBEDIENT CHILD OF THE CHURCH. GIVE ME EFFICACIOUS GRACE SUFFICIENT TO KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS AND TO RECEIVE THE SACRAMENTS WORTHILY.  GIVE ME THE FOUR CARDINAL VIRTUES, YOUR SEVEN GIFTS, YOUR TWELVE FRUITS, RAISE ME TO PERFECTION IN THE STATE OF LIFE TO WHICH YOU HAVE CALLED ME AND LEAD ME THROUGH A HAPPY DEATH TO EVERLASTING LIFE.

I ASK THIS THROUGH JESUS CHRIST, OUR LORD,  AMEN.

Gracious God~ You have blessed me with many gifts and talents Grant me the wisdom to know how best to use them for the glory of Your name

Jesus calls-- 'Come follow Me.'  Help me to see in myself what You see and give me the courage to follow wherever You lead

Bless the church with generous hearts eager to serve Your people and to spread Your Word... Amen,

Lord, Help me to embrace my fragility, so that I may know Your strength

Lord, Help me to accept my poverty, so that I may share in Your joy

Lord, Help me set clear boundaries, so that I may stand firm and confident in Your love

Lord, Help me to be wholly honest with myself, so that I may be truly humble like You

Lord, Help me to make peace with my unknowing, so that I may receive Your wisdom

Lord, Help me to confess my sinfulness, so that I may walk in Your mercy

Lord, Help me to claim my inheritance as Your child, so that I can be free in my spirit

Lord, Help me tp let go of my fears, so that I may experience Your peace

Lord, Help me to live always through You and in You and with You, so that I can be who You call me to be.

Lord, Help me.
